Please ensure that you have read  ALL the information below throughly as this will eliminate and unnecessary issue. This will ensure a satisfactory experience with LuxoriGLAM Hair Emporium, we strive to provide you with high quality units and virgin hair. If you require any further assistance please contact us prior to processing your order so that we can clarify any unanswered questions.

ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESS IT MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS (3DAYS) FOR YOUR PAYMENT TO PROCESS. AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR:

  • LUXORIGLAM READY TO WEAR UNITS 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS

POLICIES FOR BUNDLES

Returns are accepted on unopened hair extensions within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. We are proud of the quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. 

Please contact us prior to the fourteen (14) days return period of receiving your order. All LuxoriGLAM Hair Emporium products MUST be shipped back unopened in the original packaging, the packaging must not be defaced in no way or a return will not be issued.  We will then provide you with our return address, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, we recommend that you send us your tracking number via info@luxoriglam.com as LuxoriGLAM Hair Emporium will not be held responsible for any lost return parcels. We recommend that you do not ship withUPS, DHL, or FedEx to send returns as they charge high brokerage fees to clear parcels which we will not be held responsible for. 

A. All items have to be unworn and unaltered or changed in any way.

B. All exchanges need to be done within 14 business days upon delivery.

C. Item can be exchanged for same value or less with no money back. 

 

POLICIES FOR UNITS AND PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of these products there are NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO EXCEPTIONS  on our wig units, frontals/closure or products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
